Please Note: Selfie check in can only be accessed when customers access the Instant Gallery through a mobile device.

Set up Selfie Check-In for your Instant Gallery
In the workspace, go to your Zno Instant overview page. Here, you will see all of your Zno Instant Galleries.
When you Create your New Instant Gallery, You will go down to Access and Permissions.
On this screen, you will see where it says Selfie Check-In You will select this to turn on the feature.
Data Collection
While in this screen, you will see a section to check what data you will collect along with the selfie. E-mail is mandatory, but you can set the phone number and guest’s name to be requested or optional as part of the screen they will need to fill out when they submit their selfie.
How does a Client Use Selfie Check-In?
When a Client scans the QR code with their mobile device, They will be taken to the Selfie Check-In screen.
Here, they will be prompted to take a selfie and enter in any requested information you have set up to collect in the Data Collection section.
Once this is filled out, they will be granted access to their photos.
AI will locate all images from the event that had this person in them based on the selfie they upload and they will see them in the Instant Gallery. Clients can only see a private gallery containing only their own photos.
Zno Cloud's AI face recognition system has undergone many upgrades, with an accuracy rate of 99%. It can effectively recognize profile faces, partially obstructed faces, and other situations.
