AI Culling is a tool within Zno Instant that will automatically select the best images from a large set. You can use this feature for filtering out a variety of things: Closed Eyes, Blurry Shots, Overexposure/Underexposure, or Removing duplicates.
Please use a computer to access these Settings as it's the most efficient way to update them.
In your Zno Instant Gallery Settings, you can find AI Culling just below AI Retouch on the left.
Closed Eyes
Automatically identifies and flags photos where one or more subjects have their eyes closed. This process instantly isolates and hides images affected by blinking or drowsy expressions, ensuring you keep only the most engaging and visually appealing shots. You are able to set a filter where you can skip with this for images that contain more than x number of people (This will be a drop down where you select the number).
Blurry Shots
This selection will find images that lack sharpness due to camera shake, subject movement, or missed focus. It is set up to filter out soft or out-of-focus shots, ensuring your final selection includes only crisp, high-quality images.
Overexposure/Underexposure
Detects and hides images with significant overexposure or underexposure, where important details are lost in overly bright highlights or deep shadows. This setting helps eliminate unusable shots caused by incorrect lighting or camera settings, allowing you to focus on well-balanced photos with proper exposure and preserved detail. Perfect for maintaining a consistent and professional-quality selection in both natural and studio lighting conditions
Duplicates
This setting scans your image set to detect visually similar or identical shots captured in sequence. It highlights repetitive frames, making it easy to compare and keep only the strongest version from a burst or series. Perfect for streamlining event, portrait, or action shoots where multiple near-identical images are common—helping you declutter your Instant Gallery and focus on the most impactful shots. You are able to compare against photos shot within an allotted timeframe of your choosing.
