You can check on deposits and payments your clients have made in Zno Manager under the Payment heading here: https://cloud.zno.com/software/manager/transactions. In this screen you will see the invoice number, the amount paid, the client’s name, the date the transaction went through and the payment method used. You can also find this information under Invoices as well.
Transactions
If you click on the transaction, it will take you to a screen with a more detailed breakdown including the transaction ID, receipt number and timeline.
Please note that if you need to refund a transaction to your client that needs to be done via the method your customer used for the original transaction. For example, if your client paid you $50 to your Stripe account, and you need to issue the refund through Stripe. You can use the Transaction ID to find the transaction on your account to help issue the refund.
Invoices
Under Invoices, you can see a more detailed explanation of payments and invoice status.
Here you can also see your invoices sorted by Draft, Outstanding, Past Due, Paid and Canceled.
Draft invoices have not yet been sent to the client.
Outstanding invoices have not been paid.
Past Due invoices have not been paid and have not been paid within the due date.
Paid invoices have been paid.
And Canceled invoices are invoices that were canceled before the customer paid.
If you click on each invoice, in this screen you can see more detailed information on payment reminders, payment methods and due date reminders.
Please note that the option to take a partial deposit is only available if you have signed up for the Zno Manager Pro Plan or Show and Sell Suite Pro Plan & Unlimited Plan. For more information, please click here:
