Contact Types
In Zno Manager, you can toggle a contact as one of the three following types:
- Client: A client is someone who has booked your services.
- Lead: A lead is someone who is a potential client.
- Other: “Other” is a type that you can select for contacts that do not book your services but that you need to keep in touch with – such as a vendor, collaborator, colleague or acquaintance.
Creating a New Contact
You can create a new Contact when you create a new contract or invoice. You can click Add New Contact in the drop down menu and then enter the client’s information.
Please note: a contact has to be added in Zno Manager before sending them a contract or an invoice.
Once you have added a new contact, it will show up under the Contact field in your account.
You can also add a Contact by clicking the New Contact button at the top right hand corner of the Contacts screen.
Please note that you can edit a Contact at any time by clicking the contact name here.
In the pop up menu, click the pencil icon to edit the contact’s information.
Please note: If someone books a session, they are added as a contact automatically.
