Why can't I print using this On-Site Printing function?
It’s important to note that setting up Zno Instant Printer is separate from setting up the physical printer itself.
Installing Zno Instant Printer does not automatically configure or fix printer connections. The software simply reads and uses whatever printers are already properly set up on the computer.
If you encounter similar problems during use：“I can’t print; the printer doesn’t work.”“I can print 4x6 but cannot print 6×8 prints.”Please check if you can print successfully without connecting the Zno Instant Printer firstly.If not, the issue is with the physical printer or its connection to the computer—not with Zno Instant Printer.- Why can't I install Zno Instant Printer on my desktop after downloading it?
It's very likely that your computer's operating system is too old and cannot support the installation.
