For your convenience, we've made it easier to manage your subscription from the My Subscriptions dropdown menu. To modify your subscription, including canceling or changing your plan, navigate to My Stuff and then select My Subscriptions.
Once you are here, you will see any current products you are subscribed to.
To the right side, you will see a section that says “Upgrade” or “Cancel”.
Upgrade
The upgrade option will allow you to choose a plan that has more options. You will be brought to the screen below to make your selection and check out.
Each option will be priced out upon selection, but refer to the Plan Comparison or the Pricing page to figure out the best option that works for you.
Cancel
Cancel will allow you to choose a lower tier plan, or to cancel your subscription.
You will get a pop up asking what you wish to do.
Selecting Keep Renew at the bottom, allows no change and you are able to keep things as they are.
