What is included in an "Instant Gallery"?

A Zno Instant Gallery lets a photographer or an event professional share photos real-time at live events.  

The following features will vary depending on the pricing option you choose.  Refer to the Zno Instant Pricing for details. 

  1. Maximum numbers of photos allowed per Instant Gallery  
    • Refer to Zno Instant Pricing to see the maximum numbers of photos allowed for each pricing option, rollover policy, and options to purchase additional photos.
  2. Option to have custom domain per Instant Gallery  

The following features are universally available in all Instant Galleries for all pricing options.

  1. General Features
    • No Gallery Creation Expiration - 
      1. For Pay-as-You-Go customers, create a new instant gallery whenever you want.  Your purchased galleries will not expire.
      2. For Subscription customers, create as many Instant Galleries as you want in each billing cycle.

    • No Gallery Access Expiration - Both photographer and guests can access the instant gallery any time they want.  There is no expiration of how long you can access an instant gallery.

       

  2. Security Features
    • 4 gallery access settings:  Public, Password, Face Match, Selfie Access
      1. Public - Anyone with the QR Code for the Instant Gallery can scan it and access all photos inside this gallery.  
      2. Password - The photographer can set and share a password to allow access to the Instant Gallery.
      3. Face Match - Guests access the entire gallery and can tap on their faces (i.e. a face avatar) to quickly search for all their photos.  Ideal for big events and quick search. 
      4. Selfie Access - This is the most private, 1-to-1 delivery method.  Guests can NOT access the entire gallery.  A guest can upload a selfie and ONLY photos containing the matched face will appear in the filtered, private gallery.

    • Watermark - Option to add watermark on photos.

       

  3. Marketing Features
    • Customized gallery design - Custom design the header and the look of the Instant Gallery such as event name, background, logos.

    • Branded overlay on photos - Option to add overlay to photos that contain custom designed logos, marketing messages.

       

  4. Business Features
    • Zero commission eStore - Set up a fully integrated eStore in the Instant Gallery. Choose products for sale such as digital download or print products. Set your own prices and keep 100% proceeds. Zno auto fulfills print product orders.
    • Gallery and store analytics  - Robust data collection and analytics including gallery visits, photo downloads, visitor contact information, eStore sales analytics.

    • Onsite printing - Option to set up operator-controlled or guest-initiated photo printing. 

       

  5. Editing Features
    • AI Culling - Option to turn on AI culling to automatically remove photos with closed eyes, blur, duplicates, and exposure problems.
