Note: Some cameras only support 2.4GHz WiFi networks, so they can't search 5GHz WiFi networks. Please note to check!
For "IP address setting (IPv4) screen, select “Auto Setting” and “Disable” for TCP/IPv6 use. And for "FTP mode" select "FTP" and select "Address Settings".
Step 4: Enter FTP information

Now, you can start taking photos at your event to automatically upload to the Zno Instant gallery.
FAQ:
1. Can't log in to the FTP server and receive an error code from the server?
A: Please check whether the FTP server address (e.g. 172.20.10.3) shown in the transfer page of Zno Instant App is the same as the FTP server address you entered; please check whether the permissions of Zno Instant APP are all allowed.
2. When the camera is connected to WiFi, it is stuck on the “Processing...Please wait” page.
A: Some Canon cameras occasionally suspend access to the WiFi module, so you need to wait for the camera to recover. Alternatively, you can turn off the camera and remove the battery and put it back in, or reset the camera's network settings and try to connect the camera to a wireless WiFi network again.
3. The camera show that the DHCP server has not assigned an address?
A: You can manually set the IP address of the server, the IP address of the server shown on the cell phone connection page: the last digit + 1. For example, if the IP address shown on the cell phone connection page is 172.20.10.3, then manually set the IP address to 172.20.10.4.
4. Two green lights have been lit at the top of the transmission interface, but I still can't see the pictures on the transmission page after the camera shoots, what is the reason?
A: Possibility 1: Please pay attention to the bottom of the APP transfer page to see if there is any error warning after the camera has taken pictures, such as the format of the pictures cannot be displayed.
Possibility 2: The “Auto Transfer” of Canon camera is off, so you need to manually select the FTP for uploading.
Take Canon R6 as a reference, you can find “Image Transfer” in the network bar - enter“ FTP transfer” - “Select Image” or “Multiple Images” - Click ‘FTP Transfer’ to upload images.
