If your iPhone's system version is above iOS 18.0.0, you need to manually open the access permission settings for Files & Folders to use the wired connection mode in Zno Instant.
1. Open Settings > Privacy
2. Select Files & Folders
3. Open Zno Instant permissions and toggle it to green. See below.
