Adjusting Your Name
When you set up your account with Zno Cloud, you were prompted to put your name in. What happens if you have changed your name, or perhaps this is not the name you would like to show up on the contract you are working on?
You can verify how your name is entered by going to your My Account button on the Zno Cloud top bar.
On this page, you will be able to view your general account information, and there is an option to change your name if you so desire. The name you put here will appear on your Contract.
Setting Up Your Business Name
To adjust your Business Name, you will go into the Workspace. On the top right corner, there is a dropdown titled My Stuff, where you will find the My Brand option.
Upon Clicking My Brand, you will have the ability to customize brand-related options. This includes your Brand Name, your logo, your favicon, domain name, etc.
The Brand Name and Logo that you add on this page will be visible on your contract.
Now, when you go to your contract, you will see your updated information under the line that will contain your signature. Click on Actions and then Add Signature.
A signature box will pop up for you to sign, and upon completion, you will see your signature above your name and business name.
