Set up Face Recognition on your Zno Instant Event
In the workspace, go to your event page. Here, you will see all of your Zno Instant Event Galleries.
When you (Create your New Event), You will go down to Access and Permissions.
On this screen, you will scroll down to the section that says AI Facial Recognition.
There are two options here:
- Search Photos with a Selfie is the first option. This is very much in the same vein as (Selfie Check In -LINK TO ARTICLE), allowing them to filter images by uploading a selfie.
- Automatically Detect Faces in Photos This option is the one to select for this feature.
When you switch Automatic AI Facial Recognition on, the terms of use agreement will pop up before it will set up.
Note: This feature will not work unless you agree to the terms.
When you agree, it will take you back to your options screen and the switch for Automatic AI Facial Recognition will show as turned on. You have set this feature up!
How does a client use this feature?
After scanning the QR Code, the client will be taken into the Instant Gallery for your Event.
Once in the Instant Gallery, they can select a photo of their choice. This will pull up the image, but there will also be little bubble icons that have the faces of anyone else in the photo.
Clicking one of the face icons shown will open a gallery of images that match the selected face.
This is an easy way for clients to filter their images! Clicking on Return at the top will bring them back to the main gallery.
