Once you have created your Instant Gallery here, it's recommended that you go into that Instant Gallery's Settings to customize that Gallery to your client's needs.
Please use a computer to access these settings as it's the most efficient way to update them.
On this screen, it's recommended to start by updating Basics along the top left-hand side and then update each following setting. Please see the other articles in this section of the Zno Instant Help Center for more information on the other Settings.
Access & Permissions
There are 3 ways to set access to a Zno Instant event.
- Anyone who has access to the event gallery will be able to view ALL photos.
- Lowest level of privacy.
- Require a password to access the event gallery and view ALL photos.
- Some level of privacy.
- Event attendee is required to upload a selfie to view matched photos using AI Facial Recognition.
- Highest Level of privacy. A 1-to-1 photo delivery.
