Here are instructions on how to set up On-Site Printing after installation.
Can I allow my attendees to initiate printing directly from the Instant Gallery? You can allow attendees to initiate printing directly from the Instant Gallery. To enable this feature, go to the On-Site Printing section of your Instant Gallery and toggle Attendee-Initiated Printing to On. Once enabled, attendees can initiate prints directly from the Instant Gallery.
Can I set a limit for the number of photos each attendee can print?
You can limit the number of photos each attendee can print from the On-Site Printing section of your Instant Gallery. To set a limit, toggle Limit Photo Prints to On, then enter the maximum number of photos each attendee can print. and enter the number of photos you would like to limit.
Will my printed images include my logo or bottom banner? You have the option of selecting Branded or Unbranded for your printed photos in the On-Site Printing section of your instant gallery. Please keep in mind that the recommended ratio for the banner is 6:1 (3000 by 500).
Can I provide printing instructions to the attendees? You can provide attendees with printing instructions in the On-Site Printing section of your Instant Gallery under Printing Instructions. For example, you can include instructions on where attendees should pick up their printed photos. Your instructions can be up to 1,000 characters, and any changes will be saved automatically as you type.
Can I see what attendees have initiated printing, and what order the photos will be printed? On the home page of the Zno Instant Printer desktop software, you can view all attendee-initiated print jobs. Print orders are displayed chronologically, with details including the file name, image type, creation time, and the printer being used.
Please note: The Microsoft version of this software has fixed options for Print Layout and Print Margin.
On Windows, the fixed settings are:
Print Layout: Fill the Page
Print Margin: 0 mm
After you have selected these options, you can send your images to the printer in the "Manage Photos" Section of your Zno instant Settings by selecting the printer at the bottom of each image you wish to print
We highly recommend testing the On-Site Printing feature well in advance of your event to ensure you can successfully connect your printer and are familiar with the printing process.
