In the Access and Privacy Setting, you may customize how you will deliver your photos to your clients.
Access & Privacy
There are 3 ways to set access to your Zno Instant Gallery.
1) Open Access
- Anyone who has access to the event gallery will be able to view ALL photos.
- You can set up Find Me for easy searching
- Lowest level of privacy.
- Require a password to access the event gallery and view ALL photos.
- Common for closing a gallery to attendees and giving a client full access after the fact.
- Some level of privacy.
- Event attendees are required to upload a selfie to view matched photos using AI Facial Recognition.
- Highest Level of privacy with 1-to-1 photo delivery.
Gallery Entry Form
This is where you will decide if you wish to collect information from your attendees, what information you wish to collect. For selfie access, you will be required to collect an e-mail address.
Find Me
This is very much in the same vein as Selfie Access, allowing your attendees to filter images by uploading a selfie.
