Zno Manager allows you the flexibility to create your own session types so you can customize your clients experience in ways that meet your business needs.
To create your own session type, please click this link: https://cloud.zno.com/software/manager/sessions
And then hover over Bookings.
In the dropdown menu, select Session Types. Then click New Session Type at the top right hand side of the screen.
You will be prompted to name your session. Since your customers will see the name of the session type, we recommend using an accurate description, such as “Wedding Session.”
Once you have named this Session Type, you will see the General Screen and a series of menus on the left hand side.
In the General screen, you can type in the session description to provide your clients with additional information, set the duration of this session and customize the link.
Please note that in the General screen, you can set this session to either be Public or Private.
Selecting Public means that the session type is available for anyone to book on your booking site. If you select Private, only people with a direct link can book this session type.
You can also personalize this session page here – either by selecting one of our preset images or by uploading your own images. To upload your own images, please click Add Photo.
Choosing a Session Color gives you a quick visual shortcut when reviewing your session types.
If you Click on Availability, you can set the hours you will be available for this type of session.
To allow clients to book, you need to set your available times in the Availability section of your session type.
The most straightforward way to configure this is through the default List View. Here, you can set, adjust, or remove your available hours to define your weekly schedule for this session type. If you have a day with different availability, simply update the Date Specific Hours column on the right.
Under Intake Form, you can customize what information you require from customers who schedule this session.
Under Payments, you can require a payment for scheduling this session and input the dollar amount, tac and if partial payment options are available. For more information on how to set up payment, please click here.
In Confirmation, you can create a message your clients will receive once they have booked this session.
And under Booking Rules, you can establish how far in advance clients can book this session type, create buffer zones in your schedule and set a minimum number of days clients need to book in advance.
Once you have completed these steps to your liking, click Publish at the top right corner of the screen.
If you have toggled this Session Type as Public, you will be given a link in this screen. This is your public facing site which anyone can use to book this session.
If you have toggled this session to Private, only people with the session link can book this session type. To get the session link, click the link icon next to the session.
Whether this session is Published or still a Draft is shown at the top right corner of the session.
Please note that the Free Zno Manager Plan only supports 1 active session type. The Standard Plan supports 3 active session types, and the Pro Plan has no limit on the number of active session types. For more information, please click here.
