Zno Manager provides the flexibility to manually book a session for your client, you want to visit https://cloud.zno.com/software/manager/sessions and make sure you are selecting “Sessions” from the drop down tab under “Bookings.”
From here, you will want to click on “New Session.”
This will take you to a screen where you can confirm your session type. For information on how to create a new Session Type, please click here.
When you select your session type from the offerings you have created, you will be taken to your calendar.
On this page, you can make a selection for the time you wish to schedule. Once this selection is made, you need to select a client from your list of clients. (To add clients, you can go here).
Hit “Continue” to go to the next step.
You will be taken to an e-mail template you can add to when directing your client to complete the rest of their booking. The left side is where you can add to it and the right side is what your client sees.
When you hit “continue,” you will be brought to the session details on your end in case you need to make any adjustments.
The booking is complete and will show up in your bookings section under “Sessions” now!
