To manage your schedule in the Zno Manager software, please click this link https://cloud.zno.com/software/manager/session-types
Then hover over “Bookings” and select “Session Types” in the drop down menu.
Then click on “Manage Schedule” at the top right hand side of the screen.
The screen will populate an open schedule where you can adjust your availability.
When you input your availability, the software will adjust the times that clients are able to book appointments with you.
This function gives you the flexibility to not only set a standard weekly schedule but to also make date specific exemptions.
If you would like to make a date specific exemptions, please click the Add Date button at the top right hand side of the screen.
Then input the date exceptions you would like to add and click Apply across the bottom. You can add as many date specific exceptions as you would like.
Once you have created your schedule, click Done at the top right hand side of the screen.
Now your clients will only be to book you during your schedules dates and times.
