If you purchased Instant Galleries with one of the Pay-as-You-Go options, each Pay-as-You-Go Instant Gallery includes an allowance of up to 1,000 photo uploads. Any photos uploaded beyond this allowance will be charged at $20 per block of 1,000 photos.
Definition of Photo Upload:
The number of photo uploads includes the photos uploaded onto an Instant Gallery, photos that were uploaded onto but later deleted from the Instant Gallery, and photos that were uploaded onto but later replaced in the Instant Gallery.
Unit Price for Additional 1,000 Photo Uploads:
Additional uploads are charged in whole blocks rather than per individual photo. There is no pro-rated charge per the number of photos.
Examples:
- 1,000 additional photos = 1 block = $20
- 1,001 additional photos = 2 blocks = $40
- 1,500 additional photos = 2 blocks = $40
- 2,000 additional photos = 2 blocks = $40
What happens if I go over the limit during a live event?
During the standard upload window, uploads will not be interrupted even if the 1,000 photos allowance is exceeded.
When the event ends and uploads lock, Pay-As-You-Go users will receive an email to pay the overage fees. Once payment is completed, the additional capacity is permanently allocated to that specific gallery.
If overage fees are unpaid, Pay-As-You-Go users will not be allowed to create new Instant Galleries or reopen locked Instant Galleries for additional uploads.

You can track each Pay-As-You-Go Instant Gallery’s Upload Allowance & Usage directly from the status labels shown on the Instant Gallery list page:
1. Within Upload Allowance: Current uploads do not exceed the included allowance:
2. Over Upload Allowance: Current uploads exceed the allowance, but the event has not ended yet (upload window is still active). Active uploads will not be interrupted during the event:
3. Payment Due: Current uploads exceeded the allowance, and the event has ended (upload window is locked). Before a new Instant Gallery can be used, the overage fees must be paid:
