Zno Instant stores your images and data in the cloud. However, temporary files can occasionally be saved to your phone's local storage. These files may cause the app to appear larger than it actually is, potentially affecting performance.
To improve performance, it's a good idea to regularly clear your cached images and files. We recommend doing this before each event.
How to Clear Your Cache:
Open the Zno Instant app on your phone.
On the landing page, where your Instant Galleries are displayed, scroll to the bottom.
Tap the small person icon labeled "ME" to access your personal settings.
On the "ME" screen, you'll find an option labeled "Cache Cleanup". This section also displays the amount of storage currently used by cached files. When you tap this option, a confirmation prompt will appear asking if you’re sure you want to proceed. Select "Yes" to continue.
The cleanup may take a few moments, and once it’s complete, the storage amount should show as zero or no longer appear beside the option, and now the space issue should not be present for you. You may need to restart your device after this.
