If your files are not uploading to your Zno Instant Gallery, we recommend trying the following trouble shooting steps:
- Is your camera and model supported?
- Check the cable connections (The cable should be an OTG cable).
- Confirm that your memory card is not full.
- Ensure the Zno Instant app is up to date and properly connected to the camera.
- Switch to a different network – either another WiFi connection or mobile data.
- Upload in SD (2000px) resolution instead of the original size (skip this step if you are already using 2000px).
- Change your phone’s settings so that your phone will not sleep for the duration of your event.
